only 2 hours away...

so yesterday j-baby, boo baby and me all drove out to the "john day fossil beds national monument: painted hills unit". oddly enough this place is only 2 hours away but almost no-one knows about it. it is far better than the one in arizona (the one in arizona is still awesome and worth seeing though) and sunday was cold and crisp with a great big blue sky, awesome sun, and a great view of the moon in the middle of the day. every day with j baby is an awesome adventure....
